Secure packaging is used to ensure your shoe box arrives in good condition; however, in some instances the box may become slightly damaged during transit. Regardless, we guarantee that your shoes will be in pristine condition.

Delivery
All packages are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service. We aim to deliver your order within 1–3 working days; however, during busier periods, it may take 5–10 working days from the time of order.
If you are not based in the UK, the following delivery timeframes apply:
Europe & Rest of the World: 10–15 working days.
